Cancellation Policy

A notice of 48 hours or more is required when cancelling, rescheduling or modifying your appointment.
All appointments are first come - first serve. If you have not paid your deposit your appointment will not be booked.
All deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit will go towards your total service amount.
If you cancel or reschedule before the 48 hours your deposit will transfer to your new appointment and you will not be required to pay an additional deposit.
If you cancel within the 48 hour window, your deposit will be forfeit and you will be required to pay a new deposit to rebook.
If you no-show your appointment, your deposit will be forfeit and you will be required to pay a 25% cancellation fee before a new appointment can be scheduled.
